Abstract

In today’s interconnected world, the ability to communicate effectively in English is a vital skill across professions, from education and business to international relations. English, recognized as the universal language, drives global integration, prompting educational reforms worldwide to prioritize language competence. Uzbekistan exemplifies this trend, with national policies like the "Decree on the Development Strategy of Uzbekistan" under President Shavkat Mirziyoyev emphasizing foreign language education, particularly English, as a cornerstone of secondary school improvement and economic progress.
